  • The Fredericksburg Photography Club (Fredericksburg, VA) club is open to anyone interested in photography. Membership includes photographers at all skill levels from beginners to advanced using digital and/or film. Club members work cooperatively to raise the level of excellence for all and to promote an awareness of photography in the community. The club has a growing roster of over 50 active members.

  • The Club usually meets once a month (usually the second Tuesday of each month  subject to venue availability) at 7:00 pm at the Dorothy Hart Community Center, 408 Canal St., Fredericksburg, VA. The meetings alternate each month between a Program and an Assigned Subject critique. (Except  our annual Holiday Party in December)  Go to the Meeting Info & Plans tab for further details.

 

  • Members will receive a Monthly Newsletter, a sample of their art on our web page  Gallery,  and Critique eligibility.  Meetings are designed to exhibit Members' work and to help further photographic skills and knowledge by the sharing of information and expertise.

  • The Club also sponsors the Annual Fredericksburg Photography Show with support from the Fredericksburg Parks and Recreation Department. The show is held in June at the Dorothy Hart Community Center. We also mantain an exhibit at the Fredericksburg Visitors Center during the months of July and August each year.

 

  • Annual membership dues are $30.00 per person or $45.00 per family per membership year. (A family may join at the single person rate of $30 if only one member of the family will participate in the critiques)
